Here you need to check to make sure your pump has a good ground.

By-pass everything and connect a known good cable to the negitive of your first battery (first battery, meaning the battery that has the negitive post grounded),  to the block of your motor. Use vise gripes to hold each cable end.

Then hit the switch to test. If you had a bad ground to the pump, the pump will now spin.

Check to make sure you have the armater installed. Yeah it happened to me. I forgot to install the amature in one of the pumps. I was checking the motor for something and I didn't need the amature installed at the time. Then I plan forgot about it the next day.

The winding will start to smoke and you can smell it. Also the case gets real hot.

Also you need to check you postive cable to the motor.

Sometimes the cable will split from the eye loop connector.

you can by-pass your cable here too,  just vise grip a known good cable to the last battery and power connector of the motor.  Then hit your switch to verifiy.

One of your solenoids could be burn out.  Here you can use different trouble shooting methods.

1) Process of elimination (if it's not this or this, it must be that).

2) Substitution (replace the item with a known good item).

3) Known values (if the values are out-of-spec, it's bad).

4) Vibration or knock test (yep, get a hammer and knock it around, like on a stuck GM starter solenoid).

7) By-passing (like if you think you have a bad ground somewhere, just add another ground and forget about finding the problem).

IF YOU HAVE A SERIES OF SOLENOIDS OR A "BANK" AND ONE IS STUCK OPEN, THE OTHERS WILL CLICK YET POWER WILL NOT REACH YOUR PUMP MOTORS.

IF YOUR PUMPS STAYED ON, REPLACE ALL SOLENOIDS IN THAT BANK, FOR ANYTHING ELSE SEE BELOW

GET A MULTI METER,

DISCONNECT THE CABLE FROM YOUR MOTORS AND MAKE SURE THEY DON'T TOUCH GROUNDS OR ANY METAL..

MAKE SURE YOUR SWITCH BOX HAS POWER, QUICK DISCONNECT IS ACTIVE FOR YOUR SWITCH BOX

START AT THE FIRST SOLENOID IN A BANK AND WORK YOUR WAY ACROSS

SET YOUR MULTI METER TO CONTINUITY "CONT" OR USE A 12VOLT LIGHT BULB ON SOME LONG WIRES

PLACE PROBES ON EITHER SIDE OF A SOLENOID AND HAVE SOMEONE TAP THE SWITCH FOR YOU.

IF THE LIGHT IS ON THE METER BEEBS THEN ITS STUCK CLOSED - CHANGE IT

IF THE LIGHT ONLY COMES ON WITH THE SWITCH THEN IT IS A WORKING SOLENOID

IF THE LIGHT WONT COME ON AT ALL THEN IT IS STUCK OPEN - FOR A QUICK FIX TAP IT WITH A HAMMER - OTHER WISE REPLACE IT..

CONTINUE ALONG EACH SOLENOID IN EACH BANK AND REPLACE ANY BAD ONES NOW..

If the car gets up good, then after a few hits the solinoids stick or click, check for a bad battery.

Knowing that the batteries are charged, hit the switch, measure the voltages of each battery, do this fast because they will regenerate within a few minutes if not seconds.

You are not looking for a certain voltage, just one battery that has the voltage way off.

Also, switch your cables to certain batteries and see if it acts up.
