There is some an unmachined areas just to the far end of the inner threads.  This in my opinion needs to be touched up and ground down. This is hard metal that can flake off and come loose and tear up the sleeve/shaft/ o-rings.

This is a new cylinder made by a well know shop.  Meaning even the best of us can't be perfect, you need to check every machined part before installing.
