tony have you replaced the seals on any of these dumps.... how do you get the locking clip off the bottom? Is there a special tool?

any hydralics shop should have them when you pick up some new o-rings.... just ask them for teflon o-ring back ups..

Heck no, in the 70s we never had any problems with good dump valves. All of the valve that had problems were the small one, some didn't look like they had real solenoids. I did take on a large real nice looking Circle Seal valve, I just could not it figure out. I spent days on it. Tossed it in the "lost history" bin.
 
  
But the other day I took a different model Circle Seal apart and cleaned it out. It took almost two hours to figure out to take it apart. Amazing design. The seals/o-rings were all gummed up.  Todays Circle Seal valves are about the same price as the hydro-aires, but no one uses them. (IMO)

my Adel stopped working, I think it's an electrical repair gone bad. I'll post it if I work on it.
