Alot of Japanese lowriders are older people, who like it slow and mellow, so they'll install 2pump 2batteries 2switch setups, that's just the Japanese way, on 12 or 24 volts

The guy from http://www.speednuts.net imports alot of lowriders to japan, he`s got a whole bunch of pics and movies on his website
