This is one of the best blocks I have seen and may have be introduced in the late 90's early 00's
Here is the motor side, note motor pin is at about 12:00 in relation to mounting position

pump side

if you note, the block appears to be made to pump out the top port/s.

interesting addition of the o-ring on the block. also, note the block has a much larger pressure port.

pump head was not checked at this time


also note the extra large return port

also note the multiple mounting holes

This image shows this block was made for pressured tanks, as you can also see the non threaded hole at approx 2:00 just inside of the o-ring.

On top it looks like it says 130 PSI MAX, but may instead be I 30 PSI MAX
