You have one of more batteries that are bad. They may be damaged like having a bad cell. You will need to see the checking batteries section to help find out which battery/s is bad.

You might even have one battery that's not charged enough along with your fully charge batteries. This is why I like charging all batteries at the same time.

You might have a restriction in your hoses, like say a crushed hose. Not that I've ever seem a crushed hose, but it's possible. You might be able to tell because of the sound the pump will make, if the pump is good and the batteries too. You know how if you hold the switch in the up position and the pump sounds different? If there is a restriction, the pump might sound like this all the time. It might even get hot faster too.

You might have a high restriction in your battery cables or connections. After hitting the switch a few time, Like maybe hopping about 10-15 times, feel around with your fingers and see if any cables or connections are hotter than the others. If so, then you have found high resistance and it need to be replaced, tighten/ cleaned
