one thing puzzles me, why don't those with hydraulics have safer, more reliable, and better performance system? On your shock idea, if you could remove and then replace the shock fluid when needed, seems to be workable. Title: Re: Rear coil over with external shock. So, its not a coilunder, cause theres no coil at the end of the ram. Its not a coilover cause if it was there would be a cup over the collar with a spring on it. Is this set up runnin accumulators and no spring? But still, the collar should be layin against the frame shouldnt it? Or is the shock supportin the weight? Something isnt right. Great idea thou, really. If only most lowriders cared about having a good ride it could even be useful LOL Title: Re: Rear coil over with external shock.
