Most likely there is a cover, remove that and look for a slotted bolt head, there may be a locking nut that you will need to loosed. What is it you need the pressure relief to do? I have a pesco 280 and a pesco 777 they're right off the plane so I don't know how they're setup and what is the correct procedure for a lowrider?
