So you found the info?  Still not too bad.

For others reading; 3000 psi seems to be about the best working pressures for a dump valve, but, you can still use a 2000 PSI valve, as long as your cylinders, voltages and pump pressures and slow down (possible pressure relief too) are all tuned to work together. Weight of the car is NOT all that important, but does help in the tuning if the car is light.

As a collector, Jay included, there must be 100's of useful aircraft valves to use in your car, but I got to draw the line somewhere and my limit is 3,000 PSI minimum working pressures, 1/4" ports on up, normally closed.

OK, maybe 2,500 PSI if the valve is really sweet.

Hey Jay, how about a taste of some of those pages on the 280?  Once I get the forum back up in Pesco.US :D
